At My Digi Hub, we specialize in digital goods such as WordPress themes, plugins, and other GPL-licensed downloadable resources. All products are delivered electronically; we do not ship physical items.
📦 Delivery Method
After successful payment, your digital product(s) will be available for instant download:
- A download link will appear on the checkout confirmation page.
- A copy of the download link will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout.
Note: In rare cases, delivery or order processing may take up to 15 minutes due to payment verification.
📩 Accessing Your Downloads
- Registered users can access all purchased items from their account dashboard under the “Downloads” section.
- Guest users should save their purchase confirmation email, which contains direct download link(s).
🛠️ If You Don’t Receive Your Product
If your download link isn’t received within 15–30 minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Confirm that your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

We’ll ensure you get access as quickly as possible.
